The caller sounded unprofessional and it was clear they were having a joke and banter as I could a lot of laughing in the background. They asked for the wrong surname so wouldn t surprise me that the caller was not concentrating.
Called requesting my meter readings for gas and electric.....I pay by key card so I instantly knew it was a scam, most likely would of drained the money i put on. !!
