This call seemed to start ok, they seemed to know something about my Mortgage lender and my details and they told me I was entitled to a claim without me giving out any personal information. Was transferred to a senior advisor who then advised that I need to give them Credit/Debit card details at which point I asked them to send me the details via an e-mail.
