Insulation energy. Adamant that he is not a cold call but from an energy installation company. Before he can carry on, can I confirm that I am still the home owner. After reply that I rent he says, no problem and hangs up. Devious cold caller

When I answered there was a short delay then obviously a busy call centre with numnerous conversations taking place. The caller had a very strong Indian accent and it was impossible to understand what she was saying, not helped by the background noise. Typical of many other scam phone calls. I left the phone on but ignored the conversation until the caller closed the line.

My wonderful BT 6500 stops my phone ringing everytime these fishing scammers call, and they call a lot normally after 8pm. Wish I could give them payback.
