I am often called by this number: who is it?
has called every day at 10am for the last few weeks.They keep asking to speak to someone who does not live here, i have told them, and each time they have become defensive and aggressive. i have asked them to remove my number but they say no, they want to ask me questions. i have repeatedly said no and to remove my number, they responded no, they won't remove my number and will keep calling until i answer their questions. They say they are calling from Time Living - (or something similar?)

Fraud - claim to be from HMRC and there is a warrant for your arrest. They say don't hang up phone call otherwise they will record that you tried to run away from arrest and they will be waiting at your place of residence until you arrive to arrest you. With the pandemic, lots of people have had trouble paying tax, so it might seem real, but this is a scam. They will always give you a chance to work out a payment plan. Avoid, block.

I missed 4 calls from this number so guessed would be a Nuisance Call. Purportedly is the NHS Health Centre. They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance. I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call. Supposedly BT warning me my internet and phone line were about to be disconnected.
We are called 3-4 times a day. Every time, I tell them to take us off their calling list (as you are advised to say!), but they just won t stop. They start before 9am and still call into late evening. Their treat is, "if you just answer our questions then we will stop ringing you" . . in other words, if you don t we will continue to annoy you.
