This number rings me at least 4 times every day, I work full time so hang up the phone and get a voicemail message advising the call is from a company called Clean/Clear Slate regarding my debts.

It's DHL customs clearance. Ignore the idiots saying it's a scam. They clearly voted for Brexit but failed to understand that this means goods bought from Europe no longer arrive without paying VAT or customs charges.
an automated call, claimed to be HMRC stating that there is fraud committed against my name and ask me to press 1 to transfer to somewhere (can't remember). It also said, if nothing done, a warrant for my arrest will be issued.

Yet another call from TCG - The Compensation Group - making numerous unsolicited calls for recovery of non existent claims.
This number is for a company called Proficient Security Ltd. Based in Hutton in Essex
This Number is not a scam It is HMRC Tax Credits renewal. Any one who claims tax credits has to renew it every so often and this is the HMRC office that deals with the renewals.
