Just had this call as well - tel number was 0203 960 5494 - automated message the same - 'house under surveillance, tax fraud etc". I called back and a guy answered. Told me that I have committed tax fraud and I need to sort it out. I asked if my house was really under surveillance and he said 'yes, right now'. 'Good' I said, 'any chance you could push my windows closed - it's pissing down and I wont be home for an hour'. He hung up. Potentially dangerous though to anyone not aware
