Cold caller trying to sell call blocking device. When I asked for his personal home phone number so that I could phone him there later he gave up! I wonder why?

Recorded message, supposedly from National Insurance, saying my National Insurance number was being suspended due to suspicious activity. Was meant to click on limk to speak to advisor to avoid arrest. Did notrespond, even though mobile number was not connected to Internet etc.
Beware. Definitely a scam caller!
