Unsolicited call. Rang andcwhen answered they hung up. Geographically number licated in the buxton, derbyshire area. Coukd not get any more info on the number. Rachel called said she was ringing from Leicester Hearing Clinic,she was informed I had been employed in industry and would be able to claim against hearing loss(this is untrue) she could not give me the address of the Co. in Leicester as she was calling from a Call Centre in Manchester. I told her I was registered with the TPS she said she would remove me from the data list. I informed her that I would report her Co.
At least the 3rd time this week that this number has rung, activated the ansaphone without leaving a message and has left the line open. It bypasses TPS.

It's a scam. An automated voice advises your Amazon Prime is about to be renewed (we have Prime but it's not due for renewal for many months) and to press 1 to speak to an advisor. This scam has been widely reported in the press, do not press 1, just hang up or better yet, don't pick up at all.

The probability is that this is being initiated by morons with an overall IQ of zero.
