From a call centre Said something about insurance, I couldn't quite hear. Then lost contact sounded dubious.

SCAM automated message stating money had come out of my account and to press 1
Foreign voice calling from a mobile number and claiming to be HMRC.
Rings multiple times a day on the same number or different variations of. Never leaves a voicemail so it can't be that important. Harrassing
Had a Spam Call with 01223936981 displayed (Cambridge). Recorded message played to me with usual '£700' suspicious charge from Amazon and '£2000' International Charge made on my Account etc. Ignored the request to respond. Telephoned the displayed number 15 minutes later, got 'unobtainable signal'. Note : an hour earlier had the same call but with a local Northampton number displayed. I called this number and the residents did not know anything about the Call. They reported it to BT for investigation.
SCAM
I was called by this number on my private mobile number. I answered and there was silence. After 3 seconds the caller hung up. Suspect automated/scam call.

Asian accented female claimed to be PC WORLD CURRYS, said 40% off all handsets and monthly charges. I said I did not want one and she hung up promptly
SCAM, caller tried to tell me he is from O2 about a problem with a pin number.
SCAM. Don’t answer or call back. Do not engage with these people. Report then block.
