Curtis has called two days running now pretending he had a meeting booked with a colleague on 9th June when told this was not true he went as far to say hed listened back to call in which he arranged this meeting with said colleague A complete lie the colleague he is trying to speak to doesnt even deal with the phone contracts If this is genuinely Three mobile they need to seriously review their practices as Curtis came across as aggressive and needs to be sacked

SCAM - said they were from O2 billing, don't have an account with O2 -
twice, a week apart, a voicemail from this number. Only 1 second of silence. Most odd!

Said was from Visa card ….had I authorised two large payments? I asked what bank? Said they were acting on behalf of banks ….so I asked which bank. The bank they said was not one I use! Told them they were scammers, that I would report call and put phone down…
Fraud - Indian call centre claiming to be from Vodafone. Hung up on me when I asked a couple of very basic questions.
