Called me, answered, they said they were one of the magazines who are part of Bauer Media. I am indeed a previous subscriber of that particular magazine, albeit it via ?1 for 3 issues trial offers . This time around, they asked how I felt about the magazine, if I had any feedback about it, and then to thank me they offered me another trial subscription of 3 issues for ?1.

SCAM I had a call this morning from someone claiming to be from BT connect (or similar). They said they had detected something to do with my internet speed. I told them to get lost and that they were trying to scam me. I am not even with BT. Guy was polite enough but when I said that, it was the end of the conversation. Could hear office noises in the background - probably some call centre. Guy did not have a strong asian/Indian accent.

I ve been receiving calls from this number for a few months now One time i answered and a girl asked me if I d had an accident to which I replied it was none of her business. She told me to "fuck off" and hung up. Each time I ve answered since there s a click and the call is disconnected. So annoying.
