They say they are British Telecom but not BT!!? They said that from today my internet connection will be not working, did I know that? As if!!! So they need to fix it by going through some step that they tell me over the phone.. I guess like going to a browser and enter some URL thus they can take over my PC. What a waste of time people!!!
