Asian lady said she was with telephone preference service. Told her already had it with BT. Said this was an up grade. Then checked my address then that I paid by direct debit but as soon as she asked to check the expire date on my debit card I told her I wasn't giving out financial information and hung up. Although she initially addressed me as Mrs she then used my brother's name ( who appears above me on the electoral roll ). She must have thought he was my husband! Hang up on these people.
