A guy called Ben Arnold from safestyle-windows.co.uk / safestyle.co.uk has been harassing my parents, who are both in their 80s, to buy replacement windows. After 2 months of this going on, I was at their house at the time he called, and he said that he was not breaking the law and will carry on doing it. Called - no message left on answer machine

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years.
