I was contacted from this number at 16:30 on 10.06.2022. It was a man of Asian origin judging by the accent (Pakistani, Indian, Sri Lankan or Bangladeshi) and said quote: “Hello, is this ***** *****? (he pronounced my real name and surname and I confirmed). I am calling from UP Choice (I never heard about such company). Don’t worry I am not going to sell you anything. Do not pay any money, she will ask you to download binance and ask you to put money on it, so They do not pay you, they just want your money, to be put into an account, which they control, once you put money into their account, its gone, its a total SCAM

SCAMMERS: it is a pre recording message saying you need to pay your subscription to amazon prime £79.99 and to press some phone keys to re activate your prime account. Amazon prime doesn’t make calls regarding subscriptions, yo do this only directly in your account. Be careful

SCAM- 0128 240981 I've been bombarded by calls from similar 0128 numbers for past couple weeks. I finally answered this one today (28th October) and it was a lady with an oversees accent with echoey background noise saying she was from the National Debtline. She knew my name and kept asking me to confirm it but I didn't and I kept asking who she was then hung up when she said she was from the debtline. They don't cold call you and it's a totally different number so I blocked it.
claims to be from some HR company mumbled refused to say what it was they actually wanted. We are a small charity and the person dealing with HR not in & I explained I wasn't willing to pass details on unless they told me what their company actually wanted/did still just mumbled his own name & insisted he'd ring back. Call centre noise in background.
73p access charge an 7p. A short ring received and stop so knew it was a scam, but trying to delete from my missed calls, my phone dialled the number and I ended the call but not quick enough, so charged. Obviously a scam to may you call back a premium number and make money from their charges.
