SCAM - beware if a supposed family member sends a WhatsApp message saying they’ve lost their phone and that this is their new number. Whoever it was tried to scam 4K from me by pretending to be my son in trouble. Luckily the amount was too much to even think about sending it without speaking to him. So please please make sure you know who you’re talking to. If it had been a smaller amount I may have considered sending it.
Claimed to be from British Telecom. I put the receiver down. He immediately rang again and let it ring for a very long time.when I didn't answer.

I agreed to answer questions on the call, to which most of my answers were NO to being contacted by another company with regards to PPI, etc. Have since had 3 calls relating to this research company and they all said I had answered YES to accepting a call to discuss PPI, Talk Talk Broadband, etc! Totally untrue.
