Fraud Caller had a strong accent and spoke poor english. There was a lot of background noise as you would expect from a call centre. Asked to speak to my husband but did not mention his first name. Claimed to be from the Fraud dept of Visa Debit but did not say which bank had issued the card. She asked for no security checks. Spoke about unauthorised transaction. I am bombarded by calls about someone else s debt but they refuse to credit their record until I find the person they want to speak to (but won t tell me who it is) quoting data protection. Taking legal action for harassment and via the ico office
A lady rang from a noisy office (call Centre type noise) and whispered abuse for 45 seconds. Weird.
