SCAM / SPAM number appears to be in Manchester. research indicates its a scam call from one Julia Smith at Sigma about car crash claims which are non existent. reported to Ofcom and TPS

SCAM Text from this number supposidly from HSBC Bank about a payment from my account. I don't have an HSBC account. BEWARE
Unsolicited call - hung up after a short period without speaking. Other searches for this number indicate it may be related to Loft Insulation sales. Unable to do a return call. It's now blocked.
