Scam. Told me that many credit card had been charged with nonsense. No banks in the area let alone the banks fraud department. Avoid

Call center Automated call claiming I had suspicious activity on my bank account but went to an agent claiming they were from the FCA. The ombudsman have no reason to be directly looking at my bank account without the bank ever contacting me. Strange behaviour. Wanted me to spell my details back to him as if data gathering.

Fraud - Said they were from HMRC and that if I didn't press 1, a warrant would be issued for me and I would be arrested. My HMRC account is email comms only so it was clear this was a scam. They also called off a mobile number and the message was an automated male voice whereas HMRC is normally a female voice.
