Fraud msn acting as HSBC fraud alert with link to cancel a transaction
Several phone calls by Sam (refuses to provide last name) asking for the director by name, claiming to be returning a call but refusing to give any further information when prompted. Gets aggressive and rude if you aren t willing to put him through to a director who doesn t need their time wasted with aggressive sales. Has also refused to accept email addresses, so evidently can t be that desperate for business if unwilling to accept them...

had about 10 calls from these muppets over the last couple of weeks when 1 of their "operatives" told me i was entitled to claim back ppi on loans that i had previously. I resorted to good old fashioned Anglo-Saxon to make my point. But they clearly dont learn as they have tried to contact me on my wifes mobile again tonight
