This is a scam from scammers from India. Please research on YouTube "tech support scammers" you'll find plenty of videos about them. They originate from India and they are scamming people offering "tech support" or "refunds" while posing as big companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Apple etc. This particular number speaks of "OXFAM" re-occuring donation with a link. SCAM Robotic/ automated call claiming to be a warning from HMRC that I was being investigated for tax issues, wanted me to give details. Hung up and called HMRC and they confirmed a scam call.
