Some sort of local trade directory. They don;t even invest enough in their waste of time approach to have someone on the line when you pick it up. Sat there like an idiot out of curiousity really, before Mr thanking you please finally appeared, asked to speak to the owner of the business. Spend 30 seconds finding out who you re calling if you;re going to call them. Cretins. Blocked.

PPI / insurance claim. 15 minutes spent being passed on to supervisor to give me a reference number. They called me but voiceover kept kicking in saying I was in a queue and my call was important, as if I d called them... showed up on my phone as an outgoing call. Dodgy.....

Received call at 14:00hrs on 9th December 2016 from 01554536970. Woman asked for my Peter (my father) and not me? I NEVER confirm nor deny who I am to ANYONE who calls me on my private number that I do not know - and never did so in this case. Turns out that it was a telemarketing call from Wales, however the woman was most polite.
SCAM. An automated call contacted my elderly Mother twice within 10 minutes stating that she had been a victim of fraud and that they were going to close her account unless she acted immediately. I rang the number but nobody answered.
