On my phone bill it’s come up that I made the call myself which I didn’t but I’ve been charged £76 for a 29 call from this number which they reversed
Called by this number - disconnected by caller when answered. When I returned the call operator generated message saying the number is not recognised! Clearly a scam.
It was a recorded voice saying that my National Insurance card had been used multiple times illegally??? I hung up after 17 seconds.

Medical. We didn’t answer as the displayed number also said international. The caller left a message which we couldn’t fully understand but it was something to do with coronavirus

They claim to be from Helen and Douglas confirming that I made a donation via a door to door fundraiser. I am sceptical about it, however i have had no reason so far to doubt the authenticity.
