Xcel energy based in Cardiff. MD Steven Mark Davis seems to have at least 19 company appointments based where? yup Swansea the Mecca of call centres. His home address is available at companies house on-line (free)
"Transcom" were calling on behalf of ebay, apparently. They wanted my security details, which I didn t give them, and told them I would respond to their ebay messages, which, of course, they had never sent. They should be ashamed of themselves.

SCAM silent call, nobody spoke.
This is a third party agent which EE/Orange gets to do their dirty work. I don t trust them as it was extremely odd they closed down their inbound call team. The suspicion is that they changed inbound to telemarketing crap! Orange is dim, EE is not the future!
