These people keep phoning me a pain full stop.
When I picked up this number, I was informed that they were calling me about my insurance number and that a very serious crime had been committed with it. They asked for my name and date of birth and my NIN.When I said I was busy and couldn't talk to the man on the other end of the line, he got angry and started convincing me that I had to hear the charges in my case, which were 45 minutes long and that the crime was serious and I shouldn't waste another minute because serious problems will follow for me .

They wanted to know about the accident I d had. Unfortunately my son Had had an accident the day before so we thought it was the insurance company and told them about it but as already said it s just a machine with someone pressing the buttons because the line went dead when my husband told them about the accident the day before.
