The number belongs to Sameer, he is a skinny looking Asian guy wearing a tracksuit and buys iphones on ebay and picks them up pretending to be a courier in his tracksuit and says "Insha Allah" when he gets the item,and pays for the item with credit cards to fund paypal transactions. he sells them on gumtree and asks the buyer to pick up the item from Mile End Station.

Fraud. Recorded message in american accent asking to call the local county court house on 203 991 4198. I've had a colleague living in the UK, but from Uzbekistan fall victim to this scam before. They were told they had a fine to pay immediately, and then paid up on the phone, got scammed out of nearly £2k. Don't fall for this.
