This number seems to come from Cannock - Staffordshire, and I was able to dig out more similar numbers like this one, also with silent calling, so probably the same call centre... Blocking it now.

These guys claim to be calling from nominet. They try selling you domain names for £199 +vat. They claim to 'own' the domain names, when in fact the domain names have not even been registered. Total scammers and falsely claim to be nominet! Beware
I was called by this number earlier but missed the call. I called them right back, but the line was engaged. When I looked up the number online, it seems it was an unknown company cold calling, so I was happy to have missed it! Number now blocked!
