A guy calls with a thick Indian accent claiming to be from Microsoft and that your system is compromised. Directs you to a normal log of errors on your computer (Event Viewer) The unknowing get scared of these errors and do what the person says. This includes downloading a remote access program (current one is AMMYY) and then they have control of your computer. They sent the following message: O2:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, please update your payment information via: https://o2.uk.bill630.com/?o2=2 I am 99% sure it's a scam. Firstly it's a mobile number, according to this site it belongs to Vodafone. Aldo the site address isnt an official o2 address from my research. My relative had gotten this message before and when ignoring nothing happened. Please do not fall for it people.
