Phoned to tell me the warranty on my beko appliance had expired. I don t have a beko machine even though he asked for me by name. He then said that I lived at an address in a completely different part of the country. Told him I had never lived there. When I started to question him about who he was and how he got my details, he told me to "calm down love!" when I persisted, he said he found my questionning offensive and hung up on me.
