This number called around 3pm but didn t leave a message. Don t know anyone in the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Online search didn t produce any information.
This person called stating he was from RBS calling on behlaf of The Service Issue and Voice Team checking the validity of the phone number stating that my numnber had called RBS on numerous occasions. Just be careful people as I don t what this creature wanted.

I made payment to these people too, for advertising in an upcoming event brochure of almost ?230, (I stupidly paid twice, as they rang back the next day and said the payment hadn t gone through, I did actually check with my bank, and there was nothing showing as having gone through the day before, but it did appear within a few days]. Claims to be from the Consulate of China, though it is not the official number (or an expected variant, as you might expect if it were an extension). Can't speak Chinese so no idea what the message is - although I've had a number of unexpected calls in Chinese on my phone. Suspect this is a scam
