I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. Got a text (before Christmas that I forgotten) instead of a call saying a payment of £495.00 has been held. It says HSBC also in the text. I don’t have a bank account with HSBC so scam pretty much.
