I was called by a gentleman called John Kennedy supposedly from the PSI group, trying to sell adspace. When I told him I wasn't interested he became very rude and hung up.

I naively paid my bill using this number, and having phoned Eon direct afterwards, they confirmed that the amount quoted was indeed the correct outstanding amount and that it had been paid. However, Eon support said they had no records of this number at all but suggested that it is 'probably' legit because the bill has been paid (which hardly inspires confidence).
