This number is used to scam people. They recorded messages intended to scare you in doing something you may regret. I was called from this number - 02034640874 on bank holiday Monday (UK). There was a recorded message which read "You were called by HMRC because there is a fraud registered against your name. Press 3 to continue. If you don't press 3 then you will be arrested immediately." This is a scam. HMRC would never call you to warn you of an impending arrest.
Just because I did not return call immediately I was rung on another number and sworn at.
