Call to claim your life insurance has to be looked at. After telling them I do not have any life insurance they insist I have (I know I do not). They are rude and even when you tell them to stop calling, they call 2-3 times a day. I have had to block the number. Also they are not calling from Falkirk/Grangemouth area even although it comes up with 01324 (I stay in a 01324 area)
