Sixt only allow callers to contact individual branches - all calls must go through this 08444993399 - it is a Premium rate Number. I called this number 08444993399 three times and incurred extra charges of ?20 on my monthly mobile bill. For every call made to this number there are two charges, A Service Charge and an Access Charge. There are no warnings on their website to alert customers or potential customers that this is a Premium Rate Number. Be WARNED!!
I have received several calls from this company - 6 between the 24th May and 3rd June. Absolutely fed up with it. We are ex directory and registered with TPS. We have had more than 38 unwanted calls (from various numbers) since beginning of May. I have reported it to [email protected] and The Information Commissioner s Office - Scotland 45 Melville Street Edinburgh EH3 7HL Telephone: 0131 244 9001 but the calls continue.
