029 2000 7597 they called asking questions about technology and how much i use it. Questions about Google, Microsoft, Apple and how much i trust them and how often i use them. They were polite and didnt ask any questions about bank details or stuff like that so i didnt mind talking. Having called me, they ask to speak to "John" or whomever. Clearly, it s a random call and the idea is that you say "I m not John, I m Bill" so that they can update their database and they have a name to match the number. One surefire way to get rid of all such nuisance calls is to ask for whatever they are selling x20. If it s a phone contract then say "Great! I ll take twenty!... But I only deal in cash.... used notes.... make that THIRTY!... so let s do a deal...." and carry on to waste as much of their
