Very faint line - calling to tell me my washing machine cover has expired and wanting to offer me lower rates and send out paperwork to me. Asked if they were D&G and said I already have a policy with them. They sounded surprised. Whether it was a rival company touting for business, I don't know. Said I wasn't interested.
Text from number pretending to be O2 saying they had been unable to process payment for my bill. Load of rubbish. Not trusted. Checked account and no issues with payments. SCAM

SCAM / SPAM? 2039677604 called me regarding a competition I`d entered given on TV recently. It all sounded OK until "Tom" told me that since it would not be drawn until August, they would send me a free book of competitions - then came, as I suspected, being of a suspicious nature, a request for £1.90 to cover the postage, and he ended by asking if my credit card was Visa, etc. At which time I just said "Go away!" and hung up.
