Aggressive rude, pretending to be from BT about an account review, speaks over you & when you ask questions they hang up ! AVOID

Call to my landline 16 April at 12:13. Caller asked for a name which even after repeating could not be recognised. Then proceded with what might have been sales patter but Asian accent and speed of delivery made it incomprehensable. Respond that I couldn t understand anything she said and hung up.
Fraud - Automated message saying your internet provider is turning off your internet due to a problem with the router. Press 1 to speak to someone who can fix it. Pressed 1 to tell them to take number off because there's nothing wrong and this is a scam. Can't even tell you who your service provider is. Scum. Imagine so many poor people are ripped off with this nonsense.
