Just playing music when I picked up. Then automated voice said "thank you for calling. Goodbye" when they d rung me.

Offered me a free trial of google street view virtual tour. Checked companies website and it is genuine.

Phoned saying BT and there s a problem with my router.... didn t go any further with call as wasn t legit and they d have been asking me to run software that opened my computer up to who knows what.... Beware.

Get a very casual message using whatever name you are using on gumtree telling you youre paypal account has been hacked and to log in to change your pass.Like any sort of financial service would be running their security through a mobile.What made it more amusing for me is if they bothered seeing the third line of the ads they got my number from theyd see in large letters NO PAYPAL

When I answered the phone I could hear the sounds of a call centre in the background but no one spoke to me, even when I told them that I could hear them and had noted the number down. I hung up as they were obviously not going to talk to me.

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I have had several calls from this number offering me a payday loan, the callers English is very poor and have used different names for the company they work for on occasion, definitely not a trustworthy caller.
