Insulation. They claim it's a survey, but you know it's a scam. Silence on line for several seconds. (I do not say anything when answering unknown numbers just to see if it is a robot messenging call). When questioned about what company he was representing, the man purported to be an energy adviser from the Insulation Advice Line. I asked him if he could provide his company number. He replied 'No'. He was rude and talked over me. The threat of reporting him because of TPS violation did not phase him.

I ve just been called by this number, when I picked up the call, there was no sound, no answer, so I ended the call, then got a withheld number calling literally a minute later, which went to voicemail (the message was unintelligable).
