This number called me this morning and mentioned BT and that they were some sort of technical department and then went in to say that my boardband had a virus (makes a change from your computer). I immediately challenged her and said that she was not from BT then we immediately hung up.
This number was on a scam letter supposedly from HSBC. It is an automated message asking for your 16 digit card no. Then states it is invalid and asks for sort code. Hung up.
Claim to be blub energy, knows my name and did not answer how did they get my details. Hung up when I said I am not an account holder.
