Called about a motorcycle accident only 6 days ago (about which I'd only spoken to insurance company) - their info was several days old and when I asked who they were and why they were contacting me they asked why I was being rude and then hung up! - all the signs of a dodgy '3rd party claims vulture' if you ask me!!

This number ends in 408 not 409 every time I ring it its busy so I am presuming its a scam so beware

SCAM came up as amazon re prime membership. On phoning amazon they confirmed they would never telephone their customers re payments. Message sounded reasonably genuine but its a scam so dont press anything, just hang up

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. It's a scam. He claimed I had white goods insurance which I don't. I just told him to fuck off.

Suspected automated scam phone call. Claiming to be Amazon confirming purchase of Iphone 13 on my account. Says if you didn't order stay on the line no doubt you get though to someone asking for account/bank details. I just ended call and blocked. My Amazon account does not have this order on it so all okay.

think this is a scam as line was crackly as anything and said someone was trying to take money from my account £1,000 and £324 but could not make it out clear enough to hear what options one and two were

2022.07.18 at 13:37 my phone showed ‘International’, with the number 0049 1375 381293, which looks like it came from Germany (0049), but with a local code that was the same as my own ((0)1375)... anyway a recorded message claimed it was from 'bank security', that two large withdrawals had been made on my account, inc one from Amazon, and that I needed to press a particular number to speak to them. This is obviously a SCAM and an ATTEMPTED FRAUD..
