SCAM Rang my work number saying they were BT (not our provider) and said our router was Comprimised. Knowing it was a scam, I played along to waste their time. They tried to get me to connect to what would undoubtedly look similar to a BT site to then connect my PC to the site. They got bored of us trying to keep them on the line so they didn't scam some OAP. They gave up and hungup.
Cold call about an accident I've never had. Very pushy caller who actually phoned back to tell me off about my attitude when I'd talked to her!!!

Fraud Asked me to "press 1" to connect to the Amazon accounts department to cancel the purchase of an Apple iPad. The self same message came from 01479 541295 an hour later.

SCAM. Automated recording saying £600 had been withdrawn from my bank account. (Didn’t name a bank.) Press 1 if I didn’t make withdrawal. Dangerous scam!
This call came out of the blue, saying they were from southern water who are doing surveys in m y area and wanted to come to my home to help me reduce my water bill by adding water devices. I hung up blocked number and informed Southern water.
They have taken £39.99 from my account and still waiting for my loan which I know now wont arrive. My advise to people is to cancel your bank card at your bank stating the reason for cancellation as this loan company may take further funds. You will then receive a new bank card which will stop them from taking further funds. I have had three calls from fictitious numbers being used by these criminals in one day. They are easily identified by crackling noises and indistinct speech. I said nothing. They quickly rang off. If I had let them they would have tried to get access to my computer.

Suspect that had they been allowed to continued; they would say that they require your bank details to supposedly cancel the subscription.

SCAM Originally said they were love energy then that changed to love Ltd. The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler.
