I had this recorded message at 15.44 on 3rd August,2018. I did not reply.....just deleted.

Pre-recored msg tell me my internet will be terminated...

Quickly say Biwater but push Business Stream. Want to apply discounts. Go ahead why do you need to call? Who refuses discounts? Looked up Biwater website as I have worked for Water Projects and knew the name to confirm my thoughts. Personally wouldn t trust them. Our business water provider already give discounts. So they called me earlier today claiming to be Virgin. They were offering me a deal to upgrade my services and I was wary of them for quite a while, however they never asked me for any bank details only to confirm personal information so I proceeded with the call. After seeing the reviews here I got worried after by how much they knew about my account so I called Virgin, who confirmed it was in fact their marketing team and the deal I was offered had been genuine and that upgrades were indeed in the works.

Don t eventalk to them. All the oher comments can t be wrong....
