called 16:35 today saying your internet is being disconnect for service or maintenance press 1.

Getting repeated calls from this number, clears down as soon as my answer machine cuts in, never leaves a message. Scam or a cold call. I m in the TPO and these sorts of people just ignore it.

Voice recorded call saying its from hmrc and a fraud case is against u and to press 1-2 or so on....definitely a scam call

My record will show that I have been alert through two telephone contacts from my sheltered housing flat in ensuring that my bills are timeously paid with appropriate assurances. I, no-one I know, and no-one in their right mind would answer an unknown number. After searching through hospital numbers for fear it might be a dear friend trying to get in touch I found tonight the 10 or more calls came from my energy supplier with whom prior arrangements were amicably in place. Quantitatively this is harassment:

Answered this tonight after repeated calls, its a PC scam where they get you to look at your event viewer then try to convince you to download software so they can take over your computer.. DO NOT ANSWER. Or... If you do, do what I did, keep them on the phone for 10 mins then tell them you know its a scam!
