This is a scam setup , they are using information stolen from Dell breach recently to get you to update "security systems" on your laptop or PC. DONT FALL FOR IT!! Silent call Supposedly from a debt collector service but when I answered the phone it was totally silent and call was terminated after a few seconds from their end. They have called me once a day around the same time for the past week or so.

SPAM received an unsolicited phone call at 8.58 on a Saturday morning, from what sounded like an Indian call centre.
