The caller told me i was involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault. I haven't been involved in a car accident at all.

Apparently our telephone line and internet has been compromised. This time you were not asked to press a number on your phone and, if you held on, you were automatically put through to a live person. Just left them talking to themselves for a while.

Any comment on this feed stating that Mr Christopher Parsons is helpful or anything of that ilk must be on another planet (or working within the same organisation, which most probably amounts to the same effect), he has rang repeatedly to my business literally screaming down the phone at our receptionists. When said receptionists tried to help and direct his calls he ridiculed them beyond belief. At the risk of sounding cliché I do not know how this individual sleeps at night.

This 4th time I have a call from this number. A man voice saud us calling from Vanquis credit card. He wanted me to confirm my name for security reasons. I said why would vanquis want to call me cant the write and how would I know its Vanquis. He the said if I say my email he will say my dob and I say my post code and he will say my home number. So I told him I do not trust people on the phone asking private information abd he just cut me off without explaining the reason or if they are going to write me .

Claimed to be from BT and that their system was showing us having a slow internet connection, then asked if I was near a pc or laptop so that she could help me, I told her we are a company and that we have a very internet connection, the line went silent and she just hung up!!!

Fraud - pretending that you have registered for a bitcoin trading account. Hung up when I asked them to provide details of which website this was (of course I realised it was a scam but wanted to challenge them).

These people are definitely dodgy. The phone rings and a woman tells me it’s about my washing machine and there’s nothing to worry about. I asked the name of her company. She said it was ‘Cover Group UK.’ She said that the cover on my washing machine has just run out. I said that that I thought it was insured. Then she changed her story slightly by saying that warranty has run out (The warranty ran out over a decade ago). I pointed out that that’s irrelevant because I’m insured. She hung up on me.
