She then tried to tell me that these messages were all about hacker activity on my computer, then asked me to use Run to load Internet Explorer, which I do not have on this computer and I relayed the message "Windows cannot find iexplore". She tried again spelling letter by letter what I should type into the run box. That team member asked me to hold on while

Called my mobile and then landline number and a man with a Liverpool accent said they had been passed my details and they were calling about an accident I d had. Told him I hadn t and they should not have my details and to remove them from their lists and also told him that both numbers registered with TPS so will report them.
