Super annoying as the area code is that from my home town
Caller told me they were from visa and someone was trying to use my card for something costing over £900. It said I should press 1 to cancel or 2 to go ahead. Its obviously nothing to do with Visa so I pressed nothing and hung up the call immediately.

It was a call from a professional fundraising company welcoming me to a wildlife trust & checking everything went OK. There was definitely a robot dialler involved but OK to answer if you've recently signed up to the Scottish Wildlife Trust.

I had never heard of Trust Telecom and asked her why she had called when I hadn't asked them to...she put the phone down. If this is a genuine business they need to look at their marketing strategy.
