Received this morning on my mobile. A female voice, probably recorded said "I have been told that you were involved in an accident recently, is that right?" Obviously this a phishing call. Best to ignore and hang up.

Apparently they say they are from BES energy supplier wanting a meter reading-can anyone confirm this?

Tried to call back the number but it is constantly rigning engaged with cut-off. Female voice on original call spoke of sex trafficking in Amsterdam.
Automated voice saying authorisation required for a payment of £600 pending on my mastercard/visa and to press 1 if I didn't recognise. Ended call immediately and reported.

This number is a scam. My mum received a message from this number purporting to be me saying that I had broken my phone and could she use another number to message me on Whatsapp. This is the "Mum I've lost my phone scam" and this number cannot be trusted.

Claims to be from Google adwords but gets really sketchy when you push to verify this. Never been rang from Google on anything ither than an 0845 number. Very suspect.

It's the 'the warranty on your washing machine has expired' scam. They will ask you to set up a direct debit, hoping to get your bank details. Quite persistent. If you play gormless and keep them talking you will stop them phoning someone else!

SCAM: 07480720014 is the 3rd number today, rings only a short ring then stops before you can answer, on ringback you are put on the identical hold music without ringing. Blocked all 3 numbers. Other two are: 07480720406 and 07480721769
Call female voice reporting that my internet connection was in danger of being disconnected. Suggested I connect to someone who could help me. I hung up.
Safe number I missed the call but I believe it was the NHS. After looking at the stats on this and other sites, I decided to ring the number back. The automatic answer mentioned the NHS website and the initials of a local healthboard. For me it was a callback from 111.

I invested $150,000 worth of coins with Coin-Flip 3 months ago but they ripped me off the return of investment and the investment capital as well. Thanks to theM for recovering my money back. This number called me up to ‘follow up’ after a fraud attempt on my Revolut card. I had actually contacted Revolut as I had another scam call the day before (definitely linked to this one) attempting for me to give a code to add my card to their Apple Pay. They were convincing, and said if I don’t give them answers to the security questions then they can’t block the payments. I believe they had my card details already, so if this has happened to you cancel your card for the account they seem to have and get
